Have your say on our 2022 timetable and win a footcare hamper & class passes!

It’s survey time again! I’m busy planning for our 2022 dance fitness classes around the Winchester and Eastleigh area and, as always, I’d love your input and feedback before making any changes, so please do take a minute to fill in the form below to ensure the classes you want are on the timetable. You’ll notice a few new time slots below, these are not set in stone and depend on the amount of interest we get. I don’t want to try and fix something that isn’t broken, so there should be no major changes to our most popular sessions, but some of the quieter classes may need a bit of shuffling around.

Comments may be used on the website / social media to give others an idea of what to expect at classes, and they will also be used to evaluate and improve our sessions. It’s so important to look after our feet, they are the foundation of the body and take a lot of impact from daily activities and exercise. Strengthening and increasing mobility in the feet and ankles can help prevent common injuries and can also help to improve your exercise technique, depth of movements such as squats, and even improve your balance! Foot strength and mobility can be improved in a number of ways, from stretching with a resistance band, to increasing sensory imput and stimulating the nerves with an accupressure mat, foot roller or spiky massage ball. Toe spacers can also increase foot function by helping to restore the natural shape of the feet, especially if you’ve been wearing shoes that squash your toes together. So, included in the footcare hamper is a resistance band, spiky massage ball, toe spacers and an accupressure foot mat, all to help with strength and mobility of the feet and ankles. Also included are some lovely ankle warmers for exercise, plus a pumice stone and foot soak for a little spot of pampering after your dance fitness sessions!
