A quick guide to booking our classes through Bookwhen

Booking and discounts

Pre-booking is still essential at this time, as we are keeping a limit on numbers to ensure the safety of all participants, in line with national governing body EMD UK group exercise guidelines. If booking before the beginning of a new term, there will be a block booking option to attend all dates at a highly discounted rate. Alternatively, sessions can be booked using a multi-class pass, which is ideal if you want to mix and match between different classes/locations and will save you money if you attend regular classes. A 5-class pass works out at £5 per session, while a 10-class pass is just £4.50 per session. Of course, you can also opt to book individual sessions at £6 per class if you prefer, there’s no requirement to commit to attending every week.

How to book with a class pass

Simply add one of our class passes (https://bookwhen.com/enjoydancefitness/passes) to your basket and then click on the basket icon at the top of the screen to go to your basket and you will be prompted to select at least one class from the list (you don’t need to book all the sessions at the same time if you don’t want to, you will only need to book your first session and can then log back in at any point to use the remaining session passes).

Selecting your tickets

If booking an individual session, or if booking using a class pass, you will select the ‘single session’ option for the date required. If you want to attend all dates within a term, choose the ‘block booking’ option (this option will disappear after the term has started and the sessions are non-transferrable). When you have selected all the tickets you require, you can click on ‘view selections’ to be taken to the checkout, or click on the basket icon at the top of your screen. You can then proceed to enter your details and place your booking.

Booking for friends

You are welcome to book as a group, by selecting the quantity of ‘single session’ tickets your group requires. When you reach the checkout, you will need to add your own details as the booker, then select ‘add another attendee’ and enter their details too. Please ensure you have filled in the attendee details accurately for each participant, detailing any medical conditions we should be aware of, and asked them to read and accept the participant declaration. Similarly, if booking for a 14-17 year old (permitted only with a parent/guardian also participating in the class), the parent/guardian must fill in the booking form and sign the declaration on behalf of the child.

Transferring or cancelling a booking

If you are unable to make a class, or have selected the wrong date, you have the option to transfer your booking up to 24 hours before the class is due to begin and select a different class. Alternatively you may wish to cancel a booking, this can be done up to 72 hours before the class. To transfer or cancel your booking if you have booked a single session or a session using a class pass, you will need to click on the link in your booking confirmation email, or log in to your Bookwhen account at https://my.bookwhen.com/login and go to the menu at the top of your screen. Click on your user name, then select ‘your bookings’. Select the booking you wish to amend, then click on ‘ticket options’ next to the relevant session. Clicking this will bring up options to transfer or cancel. When transferring, you will need to select the class and then the date of the session you wish to change to, then click ‘save’. Alternatively, a refund can be requested on a single session booking, up to 72 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel a session which was bought using a class pass, the session will automatically go back onto the pass for future use. Please note, a discounted class pass cannot be refunded after any of the sessions have been taken. Block bookings cannot be amended. Please ensure you read the full terms and conditions before booking a class.

Once you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a reminder before the class. If you don’t receive a booking confirmation, please do get in touch, especially if it is your first booking, as sometimes this can be due to a misspelt email address which needs to be amended. Occasionally there may be instances where the booking times out or payments don’t go through, so if you don’t get an on-screen booking confirmation or an email, please do get in touch and make sure you are booked in before coming along to the class. You can view your bookings at any time by logging into your Bookwhen account at https://my.bookwhen.com/login
