The new year is the perfect time to make a promise to yourself to be more active. The UK chief medical officers’ guidance is that adults should aim to be physically active every day, accumulating 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week, to include muscle strengthening activities twice per week, in order to maintain good physical and mental health. Of course, that does not mean you have to come to fitness classes every day – other activities such as brisk walking count towards your 150 minutes too. However, as a fitness professional and NEAT coach who feels it is important to encourage adults to be less sendentry in their daily lives, I am introducing a new pricing system for the new year to allow those who want to attend more classes the opportunity to do so at a lower price – the more classes you book, the greater the discount. To get the discount, classes must be booked at the same time.
1 class for £6
2 classes for £10 (£5 per class)
3 classes for £15 (£5 per class)
4 classes for £18 (£4.50 per class)
5 classes for £20 (£4 per class)
Monthly membership for January (unlimited classes): £40
The membership option offers a huge saving if you plan to attend 3 or more classes per week.
