New year, new classes, new pricing… and a competition!

*Updated 23/12/20: Due to the new tier restrictions announced today, all January classes are TBC, including the date for the taster session detailed below. The competition prize will be a membership for the first full month we are able to return to classes*

Booking is now open for the new year, including a brand new FitSteps TONE class coming to Colden Common on Saturday mornings from January! You can register for a free taster session on Saturday 9th January here.

The new year is the perfect time to make a promise to yourself to be more active. The UK chief medical officers’ guidance is that adults should aim to be physically active every day, accumulating 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week, to include muscle strengthening activities twice per week, in order to maintain good physical and mental health. Of course, that does not mean you have to come to fitness classes every day – other activities such as brisk walking count towards your 150 minutes too. However, as a fitness professional and NEAT coach who feels it is important to encourage adults to be less sendentry in their daily lives, I am introducing a new pricing system for the new year to allow those who want to attend more classes the opportunity to do so at a lower price – the more classes you book, the greater the discount. To get the discount, classes must be booked at the same time.

1 class for £6

2 classes for £10 (£5 per class)

3 classes for £15 (£5 per class)

4 classes for £18 (£4.50 per class)

5 classes for £20 (£4 per class)

Monthly membership for January (unlimited classes): £40

The membership option offers a huge saving if you plan to attend 3 or more classes per week.

And as a little Christmas treat, I’m going to give away one monthly membership for January! Just pop your details in the competition form here to enter. One winner will be chosen at random after 29th December. Normal booking terms and conditions and additional membership terms and conditions apply. See the t&cs page here. Good luck!
