Join ‘en Joy dance fitness for Hype Dance Fit at the Otterbourne Studio. Bring the attitude, drama and sass to class! In Hype Dance Fit you’ll feel like you’re in one big music video from start to finish, with a mix of R&B, hip hop, house and commercial pop! It’s a follow-along fitness class and whilst the majority of the choreography is relatively simple, we use house and hip-hop inspired footwork and moves to ensure you progress your dance skills and improve coordination and agility.
