Adore the Core is an express 30 minute workout which focuses on tightening your tummy muscles and improving functional strength through a varied fun abdominal workout to great motivational tunes.

Ballet is an open-level class, for adults who wish to give it a try or recapture the skill they had as a child. A great opportunity to learn and dance through the basics of ballet.

Ballet Fit is an easy to follow ballet inspired fitness class, working on strength, balance and musicality, with low impact ballet based movements set to beautiful music.

Barre+Balance is a body conditioning class with the aid of a ballet barre, focusing on muscular strength and endurance, then stepping away from the barre to practise balance within lovely dance based sequences.

Beginner Bells introduces basic kettlebell exercises in an interval style workout, using a 2, 3 or 4kg weight, depending on your fitness level and experience with weight training.

Booty Burn takes inspiration from the LBT format but this isn’t your traditional ‘legs, bums, tums’ class – and there’s no floor work, but plenty of squat combinations choreographed to some great tunes!

Broadway Boogie is a high energy musical theatre inspired class where you can dance like everyone is watching as you boogie along to a mix of classic and modern musicals from stage and screen.

BuggyBeat is an outdoor fitness session for mums, where they can bring their baby/toddler along in a buggy and feel the benefits of fresh air, exercise and social interaction in a relaxed environment.

Country Fusion incorporates country music and dance. The class focuses on line dances, while fusing other types of social dance and music, and is brilliant for improving coordination and memory, whilst having fun!

Creative Flow is about learning contemporary style dance sequences with the freedom to adapt and pursue your own style, enjoying the movement and moving in a way that feels good to you.

DanceBox combines combat moves with high energy choreography, with optional light hand weights for added resistance.

DanceTone bridges the gap between dance and resistance training, combining fun choreo with strength exercises and the option to add looped resistance bands and light hand weights.

Disco Diamonds is for anyone who prefers a lower intensity dance fit class, with a nostalgic music mix from 20s Charleston, to 40s Swing and 60s Motown. A great way to stay young at heart!

Disco Dumbbells is all about working the upper body (with light weights) whilst having a disco… What could be better?! It’s a burner so let’s ‘burn baby burn’ together!

Disco Inferno is simply time to boogie and forget about those daily stresses along the way! Why not bring the enjoyment of a night out and those dance floor moves to a class set to music from the 60s, 70s, 80s & 90s.

Early Movers is a fun and creative dance based movement session for children under 5 and their parents, where both will benefit from the fun physical activity and social interaction.

Family Freestyle is a fun dance and fitness session for children over 5 (up to age 13) and their parents / carers, where they will learn a variety of Freestyle, Street and Rock n Roll steps and routines.

FitSteps is a dance based exercise concept devised by former Strictly professional dancers, which combines the graceful movements of ballroom with high energy latin moves.

Groovelates utilises the physical and mental benefits of pilates, with controlled conditioning movements, while adding a fun light cardio element and working to the disco beat… it’s where disco meets pilates!

Hel’s Bells incorporates a range of simple and intermediate kettlebell exercises in an interval style workout, using your choice of weight (3kg up to 10kg), depending on your fitness level and experience with weight training.

Home Ed Club is a relaxed setting where children can choose from creative movement games and dance activities in the studio, sports activities such as tennis and badminton, or den building, outside in the field, or reading / writing activities in our quiet room if they prefer. Aimed at ages approx 7 to 13.

Hype Dance Fit feels like one big music video from start to finish, with a mix of R&B, hip hop, house and commercial pop! It’s a follow-along class and whilst the majority of the choreography is relatively simple, we use house and hip-hop inspired footwork and moves to ensure you progress your dance skills and improve coordination and agility.

Jump-IT offers a combination of cardio and resistance interval training on a mini trampoline… what could be more fun?!

NEAT Nutrition looks at healthy eating and lifestyle, changing our focus from weight to body composition, and looking at the importance of NEAT (non-structured exercise) alongside your regular exercise programme.

Street offers the opportunity to learn choreography and routines to great music in a fun, safe and supportive environment. You will feel free to express yourself whilst having fun and developing a skill.

Stretch-IT is just 30 minutes of dynamic standing stretch, mobility and balance intervals, set to a great upbeat soundtrack.

Stretch+Release is time to release your daily stresses through release technique and gentle mobility, balancing and stretching, in an easy to follow, low impact sequence of movements.

Sweat-IT uses metabolic conditioning and rest based interval training to maximise energy expenditure, with both cardio and strength training with weights, working at a moderate – high intensity.

We have 3 levels of adult tap, all nurturing the classic, swing feeling of tap dance. If you remember tap dancing as a child and want to have the chance to continue tapping to your heart’s content this is your chance.

Tap Fit is a fun, easy to follow open-level class with repetitive steps, creating rhythms to the music. It’s a ‘follow-along’ session, like any other dance fitness class, just with added ‘stomp’!

Zumba isn’t just a dance fitness class – it’s a dance fitness party! Known as the fitness trend with ‘less talk, more dance’, you can fully immerse yourself in the world rhythms, where there are no wrong moves!

Zumba Toning combines the usual Zumba fitness party atmosphere with optional use of maraca-style Zumba Toning Sticks, adding an element of resistance to this fun class.
