Join ‘en Joy dance fitness for a mixed level Kettlebell workout at the Otterbourne Studio. Suitable for beginners as well as those already familiar with kettlebell exercises, we incorporate basic kettlebell exercises, alongside more advanced progressions for those who want them, in an interval style workout, using a 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8kg weight, depending on your fitness level and experience with weight training.
