Who are we looking for?

Independent instructors to work on a freelance basis as part of the ‘en Joy dance fitness team in Otterbourne.

The instructor will work with ‘en Joy dance fitness to agree a small regular schedule of classes which can fit around the instructor’s own timetable and the current ‘en Joy timetable, as well as providing class cover on an ad-hoc basis. Classes will usually take place Mon-Fri between 9am – 6pm.

The instructor must hold all relevant qualifications, certifications, licenses and insurance to teach the class (and a DBS check if working with children).

‘en Joy dance fitness will pay the instructor a set rate per class. The payment structure is available upon application. As a self employed contractor, the instructor is responsible for completing tax returns and paying any taxes due to HMRC.
